Although this book is over 300 pages, it's a fairly short read. It mainly lists the exercises with very brief description of each one. The layout is similar to a typical fitness magazine where they would have one photo of the exercise and a brief description of how to execute it.
These "best workouts" that they've listed are fairly common exercises such as bench press, squat, deadlift, dumbbell curls, pullups, etc. I don't believe there are any exercises that I've seen that I thought were unique or creative. You can get all this information if you had ever subscribed to any fitness magazines or can find them free on the internet.
Don't get me wrong. I think this book would serve someone who's new to fitness very well. It does list all the workouts that you can do in one book instead of scattered across multiple magazines and internet. But anyone who has over 6 months experience in the gym will not find the book very helpful.

This is an excellent book which includes a number of versatile, well thought out workout plans for everyone with different fitness goals.
